The local's take

Shark's Tooth is the most photogenic stretch of golf in the area. Norman's fingerprints are everywhere: angular bunkering, exposed sandy waste areas, and greens that ask you to land short and chase. Six holes touch Lake Powell, and the routing's built so you cross water without ever feeling like a target-golf gimmick. Stay-and-play through St. Joe makes this the easier of Watersound's two flagship privates to actually get on.
